October is Breast Cancer Awareness. No matter what nationalities or how young and old you are 1 in 10 woman will diagnosed with breast cancer in their life time. Someone will know somebody that would have breast cancer. Your families and friends are supporting and helping you throughout the ordeal. Breast cancer can be hereditary please check with your family it may be in the gene. How to prevent breast cancer early are when I take a shower and washing my body, I feel each of my breasts to make sure there no lump. When I get out of the shower and dry myself up I'll check each of my breasts again to make sure there no lump. If you find a lump in your breasts please call your Dr and book an early appointment so the Dr can do a mammogram screening.
